What is SMP (Scalp Micro-pigmentation) technique? SMP is a non-surgical, hassle-free and cost-effective hair loss solution that creates the look of a shaven head or short hairs by strategically injecting pigments in the dermal layer of the scalp skin. Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is an advanced cosmetic hair loss treatment that uses methods similar to the art of tattooing to create small dots the size of hair follicles. These dots are designed to replicate the appearance of natural hair where clients are experiencing hair loss. SMP is done to create natural-looking depth and definition for the ultimate natural looking results. This process may be useful for people who experience all forms of hair loss. This includes folks with: · Male & female pattern baldness · Cancer · Alopecia · Thinning hair How many sessions are needed? The pigment is usually administered over 2-4 sessions spaced, but this can vary from person to person depending upon the extent of baldness, size of the area that needs to be covered and the desired hair density. SMP technique uses specially designed pigments and not the usual tattoo ink. This is why SMP pigments maintain their definition. IF YOU HAVE HAD HAIR TRANSPLANT, MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR MUST PASS BEFORE SMP PRECEDURE.

• Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may contact us by phone or text. • Late canceling and no showing for your appointment can really affect our business – our staff members rely on your patronage as their source of income and our clients who are on our waiting list miss out on being able to book. Please allow sufficient time to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We value your business and will do everything we can to accommodate! Please review our cancellation policy below: • We require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling, all service bookings are final. • For no-show, the full amount of the online service deposit cost will apply. • For Lash services: due to the time-sensitive nature of these services, please arrive on time. We will not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of their appointments and will be charged the online service deposit cost. • For Permanent Makeup services: We require 72 hours to reschedule an appointment. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these services, please arrive on time. We will not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of their appointments and will be charged the service online deposit cost. Deposits to book appointments are non-refundable, but transferable, provided sufficient notice is given. Failure to arrive on time or to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiting the deposit and an additional deposit will be needed to reschedule.
